Kerstin Schmitz-Mohr

Kerstin Schmitz-Mohr has been active in the home improvement and DIY sector for 25 years, during 17 of which she was working for the market leader in the sector. As a qualified business economist (BA), she first took over the function of deputy store manager before working in the personnel and organisational development of the company from 1997 until her departure in 2009. In her last position as departmental head, she was responsible for personnel development.

Since 2009 she has been working as a freelance consultant and trainer in the industry and since 2010 she has been responsible for the DIY Academy AG, a training institute based in Cologne, Germany. Since November 2016 she has been supporting gütermann consulting gmbh in the HR department.
