Will my data be kept confidential?
Your data is in good hands with gütermann consulting gmbh. You will not receive an automated confirmation from us. Rather, we register receipt and notify you personally. Under no circumstances will your documents be sent to clients without your express permission. An absolute duty of confidentiality applies.

How long does it take for you to contact me for a vacant position?
If you receive positive feedback on your written application, we will ask you directly in our email when you have time to make your first telephone call.

What happens when, after giving my approval, my documents are forwarded to the potential employer?
Since we have very good connections with our clients, we have usually already received initial feedback after about a week. If your CV and skills match up and you are suitable, you will be invited to a personal interview. Recently, however, companies have increasingly conducted the first round of interviews by Skype, especially when greater distances are involved.

Can you tell me as a candidate which companies you serve?
No, we cannot give you any further information about our clients at this time. We will of course let you know who the client is, at the latest when we want to introduce you to them. Even then, we will only forward your documents if you consent for us to do so.

Will I incur costs if I make use of your services as an applicant?
There are no recruitment costs for you as a candidate.

Will I also be considered for other vacancies after an application?
Yes - if you give us your consent to store your data in our database, we can continuously compare your profile with newly received offers.

Of course! The process is as follows: You apply to us. We will talk to you personally about your wishes and requirements, your qualifications, experience, etc.
If we have a position that matches your qualifications and the wishes discussed with you, we will inform you about the position and the company. Only if you express your interest will we pass on your profile to the company.
